My name is Adeen Bilal, and I am a third culture kid. I was born in the U.S. and raised in the Middle East, but I am ethnically from Pakistan. Growing up in different countries exposed me to a variety of cultures and art expressions. Each culture influenced me in unique ways, which I have appreciated as I got older. I considered becoming a graphic designer before going to university, but had stronger feelings towards helping others through healthcare. Although I did not choose to go down the fine arts career path, I embrace the arts as an expression outlet for myself. I really believe art has the power to heal and shape people.
